Short summary

We have previously assessed treatment of patients with metastasizing colorectal cancer treated at Dept. of Oncology, Odense University Hospital from 2003-2006. The purpose was to examine treatment and effect in a completely unselected cohort (as opposed to clinical most clinical trials).

Rationale

Since the assessment from 2003-2006, treatment for metastasizing colorectal cancer has markedly changed, so there is a need for updated an updated assessment to generate knowledge about treatment and outcome for unselected patients.

We therefore wish to record treatment and survival for patients with metastasizing colorectal cancer treated at the Dept. of Oncology, OUH, from 2010-2018.

Description of the cohort

Patients with metastasizing colorectal cancer treated at the Dept. of Oncology, OUH, from 2010-2018.

Data and biological material

Patients' medical records, including but not limited to: Age, sex, treatment, survival, blood samples, adverse events.
