Short summary
Investigation of a concrete problem that a management should act on, in this case a reinforced presumption that patients for bowel cancer screening have a worse result by colonoscopy than they should, the investigation is based on data from the DTS annual report 2021, recommendations from same database and in agreement with the management at OUH.
Rationale
It has been decided that quality monitoring will be established at endoscopist level in all departments. It is recommended that targeted efforts will be made to increase ADR in the mentioned departments in the Capital Region and South Region, where ADR is below the acceptable standard.

2200 patients representing a whole year's activity.
