This study seeks to explore how demographic, socioeconomic, and clinical characteristics influence when individuals seek treatment for alcohol use disorder (AUD) in Denmark. Furthermore, the study aims to identify whether there are seasonal patterns in treatment-seeking behavior and how these may be associated with individual and societal events.
