Short summary
Handheld database on patients whom should have been included in the Danish national "Akut Kirurgi Database" (acute surgery database). Due to yet unidentified factors, the automated data deliveries from LPR3, The electronic Patient journal and other systems are unable to identify and deliver correct data from our systems to the national databse.
Rationale
With this handheld database we hope to identify what, and where, it goes wrong, in order to remedy the problem and be able to rely on the automated data

patients in Lillebaelt hospital who have one of the eligble diagnoses for inclusion in the national "Akut kirurgi" database
