This study explores the experiences and challenges faced by healthcare professionals working with Hospital at Home. The focus is on collaboration, communication, responsibility, professional identity, as well as barriers and opportunities
Hospital-at-Home (HaH) enables patients to receive hospital-level care in their own homes. This includes monitoring, care provided by nurses and doctors, diagnostic tests, and treatments such as intravenous medication. HaH requires healthcare professionals to work outside their usual environment and with fewer resources, demanding a broad range of competencies. Effective communication and collaboration are essential to ensure patient safety. This study explores the experiences and challenges faced by healthcare professionals working with Hospital at Home.
