Digital Vision

Short summary

In a three year project named Digital Vision multiple technologies +20) were developed/implemented in a ward. We explored how health professionals experience working with several new technologies and how they put work into finding the meaning with the technologies.

Rationale

A three year project named Digital Vision was established in 2019 as a preparatory project in support of the region's forthcoming super hospital. The project's aim was to fully implement well-functioning technologies in a ward while developing innovative digital systems in the process. The hope of the hospital's board of directors was to enable smooth workflows and agile patient flows. Also, experiences from working with many digital technologies simultaneously in one ward would ideally generate multifaceted insights to be used when moving into the new super hospital.

Description of the cohort
