Immunotherapy Empowerment in Denmark - Database on immune related toxicity

Short summary

Immunotherapy with checkpoint-inhibitors today represents the backbone of medical treatment in many different cancertypes. Handling of immunerelated adverse events has largely been based on experience from involved clinicians. The database is planned to form the basis for development of evidence-based guidelines for toxicity handling.

Rationale

Development of a real-time registration of immune-related adverse events in cancer patients treated with checkpoint inhibitors.

Description of the cohort

Adult cancer patients treated with checkpoint  inhibitors

Data and biological material

Clinical data on toxicity and information on handling of toxicity. Potentially comparison with existing data in other registries
